Shipping & Delivery

We want you to receive your Boxed products as quickly and affordably as possible. Below are our shipping rates and delivery times.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union: 3–5 business days (free standard shipping).
• Rest of the world: 7–10 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and all EU countries. No minimum order required.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping carriers

We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments, and DHL Express for international orders.
