We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days of receipt for a full refund – no questions asked.

Eligibility

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Opened items are accepted as long as they are in resalable condition.

How to return

1. Contact us at returns@boxed.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for US customers) or instructions for international returns.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

Non‑returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable software, and final‑sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
